- 5-Years Minimum experience in the motor repair industry.
- Organization, interpersonal skills to direct and motivate others as well as control and coordinate jobs to completion.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
This Role Includes:
- Customer Service, Preparing Proposals, Job & Personnel Scheduling,
- Overseeing the work of each department, Inventory Control,
- Purchasing Materials, and Ensuring Delivery of Quality Work as per proposed timeline.
